This system provides condominium owners with a centralized platform to manage and maintain information related to their condominium units. Whether you own a single unit or multiple units, your account will allow you to access and manage all of your approved properties from one location.

Registration and Approval Process

To maintain the accuracy and security of ownership records, all new registrations are reviewed by an administrator before access is granted.

As part of your registration, you may request one or more condominium units that you own. These requests will be reviewed and verified against our property records.

Your registration will proceed through the following stages:

1. **Submitted** – Your registration has been received.
2. **Under Review** – An administrator is verifying your information and ownership requests.
3. **Approved** – Your account has been activated and your condominium units have been assigned to your profile.
4. **Suspended** – Access has been temporarily disabled pending further review.

Unit Ownership Verification

The condominium units you request during registration are not automatically assigned to your account.

An administrator will review each requested unit and:

* Assign existing condominium units to your account when ownership can be verified.
* Create and assign new condominium records when appropriate.
* Contact you if additional information is required.

After Approval

Once your account has been approved, you will be able to:

* Access your Owner Dashboard.
* View and manage your assigned condominium units.
* Maintain property information.
* Respond to inquiries related to your units.
* Access future owner services and features as they become available.

Privacy and Security

The information collected during registration is used solely for the administration and operation of this condominium management system. Ownership information and account access are subject to verification to protect both owners and residents.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using this Owner Portal ("Portal"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Portal.

2. Purpose of the Portal

The Portal is provided to facilitate communication and information management between condominium owners, property administrators, and authorized representatives. The Portal may provide access to owner information, condominium unit information, inquiries, documents, notices, and other services related to the administration and operation of the property.

3. Registration and Account Responsibility

To access owner services, users must register for an account and provide accurate and complete information.

You agree to:

* Provide truthful and accurate information during registration.
* Maintain the accuracy of your account information.
* Keep your login credentials confidential.
* Notify the administration promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Ownership Verification

Registration does not automatically establish ownership rights within the Portal.

All ownership claims and condominium unit requests are subject to review and verification by the Portal administrator. The administrator reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving ownership assignments.

The administrator may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke ownership assignments at their sole discretion based on available records and documentation.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

* Provide false or misleading information.
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or system functions.
* Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
* Interfere with the operation of the Portal.
* Use the Portal for unlawful purposes.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Information Accuracy

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information, the Portal is provided as a convenience tool only.

The administration does not guarantee that information displayed within the Portal is complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.

Official records maintained by the condominium association, management company, or governing authorities shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.

7. Privacy

Information submitted through the Portal may be collected, stored, and processed for purposes related to condominium administration, ownership verification, communication, record keeping, and operation of the property.

Users consent to the storage and use of their information for these purposes.

The Portal administrator will take reasonable measures to protect user information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Communications

By registering for the Portal, you consent to receive communications related to your account, ownership records, inquiries, notices, system updates, and other property-related matters.

Communications may be delivered through the Portal, email, or other available contact methods.

9. Suspension and Termination

The administrator may suspend or terminate access to the Portal at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

* Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
* Submission of false information.
* Ownership disputes.
* Security concerns.
* Administrative or operational requirements.

Termination of Portal access does not affect any ownership rights or obligations that may exist outside the Portal.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Portal administrator, condominium association, management company, and their representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Portal.

11. Changes to the Portal

The administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service within the Portal without prior notice.

These Terms and Conditions may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Rules

Use of the Portal is subject to all applicable condominium governing documents, bylaws, rules, regulations, policies, and applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions modifies or replaces any rights, obligations, or responsibilities established under those governing documents.
