Owner Portal Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using this Owner Portal ("Portal"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Portal.
2. Purpose of the Portal
The Portal is provided to facilitate communication and information management between condominium owners, property administrators, and authorized representatives. The Portal may provide access to owner information, condominium unit information, inquiries, documents, notices, and other services related to the administration and operation of the property.

You agree to:

* Notify the administration promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Ownership Verification
Registration does not automatically establish ownership rights within the Portal.
All ownership claims and condominium unit requests are subject to review and verification by the Portal administrator. The administrator reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving ownership assignments.
The administrator may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke ownership assignments at their sole discretion based on available records and documentation.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
* Provide false or misleading information.
* Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or system functions.
* Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.
* Interfere with the operation of the Portal.
* Use the Portal for unlawful purposes.
Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

Communications may be delivered through the Portal, email, or other available contact methods.
9. Suspension and Termination
The administrator may suspend or terminate access to the Portal at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
* Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
* Submission of false information.
* Ownership disputes.
* Security concerns.
* Administrative or operational requirements.
Termination of Portal access does not affect any ownership rights or obligations that may exist outside the Portal.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Portal is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Portal administrator, condominium association, management company, and their representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Portal.
11. Changes to the Portal
The administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service within the Portal without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Rules
Use of the Portal is subject to all applicable condominium governing documents, bylaws, rules, regulations, policies, and applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions modifies or replaces any rights, obligations, or responsibilities established under those governing documents.
